1. Act as the Purchaser's Representative for all phases of the installation of Submarine Optical Fibre systems.
   
2. Detailed reporting of activities on a daily basis.
   
3. Provision of detailed end of installation report within a specified time period.
   
4. Monitoring of on board Transmission testing, Jointing and associated activities to ensure compliance with contracted procedures.
   
5. On board training of installation personnel in loading, laying, powering, safety and testing techniques of optical systems.
   
6. Preparation of specific technical documentation on request.
   
7. Analysis & reporting of post installation data from third parties.
